1 First, tip some pel­lets into a bait box. I like Sticky Blood­worm Pel­lets for bream. 2 Next, take some Sticky Cap oil and pour a lit­tle over the pel­lets, just enough to cover. 3 Agi­tate the pel­lets so the oil cov­ers them. It has a fishy, chilli aroma that bream love. 4 Now take a bag of Sticky Blood­worm Ac­tive Mix and sprin­kle to coat the pel­lets. 5 Use a fun­nel sys­tem to make a neat, tightly-packed bag of the Blood­worm pel­let mix. 6 Knot­ted at both ends, the PVA bag is sim­ply at­tached to the hook for cast­ing.
