CORBY CLUB GETS KIDS INTO ANGLING
CORBY Junior Fishing Club kicked off the summer holidays with the first of its ‘Get Into Angling’ sessions, with funding achieved by our Regional Officer James Roche.
The club is running a six-week coaching programme at the Boating Lake in the centre of town, with free coaching from Angling Trust Licensed Level 2 Coach Richard Hawkes.
All kit and bait is provided, as well as a free Environment Agency rod licence.
Membership of the club will keep youngsters involved in angling and so far 22 young people have already got involved! More info at www. facebook.com/corby.juniors
