COLE­MAN’S COT­TAGE FISH­ERY (TUES)

Wood Lake (15 pegs) Wood Lake fished its head off and 150lb got you nowhere. Les Hart won from peg 26 with 249-8-0 of carp into dou­ble fig­ures plus F1s taken on pel­let fished at 14m to the is­land and down the side.

Red Kite Lake (21 pegs) Mal Tal­bot made it two wins in a row, this time in com­fort­able style from cor­ner peg 36 where he fished at 8m of pole to the veg­e­ta­tion in the cor­ner. Meat pro­duced carp to 10lb, plus some big F1s for 122-9-0. Run­ner-up Gary Thorpe was on 96-14-0.

Mote Park (15 pegs) Brown­ing SE man Fred Brown drew peg 4 where he found the roach for 23-5-0. Sec­ond at peg 7 was Dave Phur, who took two bream early on the Method feeder. He topped them up with roach on the pole for 20-14-0.

Bait-Tech Viaduct Fish­ery, Camp­bell & Cary Lakes (42 pegs) Craig Ed­munds won this lat­est round in nar­row style. The Mosella man took 230-6-0 – one carp clear of Steve Tucker’s 223-9-0. Craig drew peg 128 on the Camp­bell Lake and fished meat shal­low at 14m and then on the deck at 6m to net carp to 9lb. Steve, on peg 132, used worm over ground­bait at 13m and in the edge for 223-9-0.
