Three 3lb crucians in three casts

A METHOD feeder was the winning tactic for Matthew Baynes when he banked three crucians over 3lb in consecutive casts.

The fish weighed 3lb 5oz 8dr, 3lb 4oz 8dr and 3lb 14oz, the biggest setting a new personal best for the delighted specialist from Chichester.

He was fishing a club lake in Surrey and alternating hookbaits on the feeder between a single hair-rigged artificial caster and a 6mm pellet.
