With the bream not playing ball, the reservoir showed how good its roach fishing can be with a host of double-figure nets. Winner Ian Dawson took a splendid 28-0-0 of fish to 12oz from peg 8, fishing maggot on the pole at 10m. Tom Barlow, on next door peg 9, also found plenty of roach to 10oz on maggot at 11m to take second with 21-5-0.
