How do they dream up new tackle every year?

I LIKE the idea of working in the angling industry, but one role I would hate is in the development of new tackle. There must be an incredible amount of pressure to keep innovations coming.

What the big manufacturers do year in, year out is mind-blowing. They are bang on the money every time.
