This small Fenland river fishes better in the cold and this open produced plenty of double-figure roach weights. Robert Hubbard won with a 30-0-0 net. The Daiwa Angling Direct man drew at Wigston’s Bridge and fished breadpunch at just 3m to take roach. Rob Wright drew near the swimming pool and used punch and pinkie for second with 29-12-0.
