BURY HILL FISHERY, DORKING, SURREY

-

If you’re after a new personal-best crucian, tench or roach, then Milton Lake is the place to be as anglers are sacking up on all three species. Fishing tight to the near-bank vegetation has been a key tactic for these fish – with casters, maggots, pellets and sweetcorn all favoured. Expect the roach to show first, although the crucians will soon bully their way in. Fish slightly off bottom and dot your float down to catch the crucians, which are showing to just over 2lb. For the tench, fish 2ins over depth. Contact: 01306 883621 Postcode: RH4 3JU
