The recent open matches have been superb, with winning anglers taking nearly 200lb of carp. Back-up weights have all been showing over 60lb as well. The Old Snake Lake is the place to be, with pegs 50 through to 64 arguably the best of late. The New and Old Speci Lakes are also showing form, with plenty of small carp to low doubles falling.
