THIS new event attracted a sellout field to do battle over four rounds of feeder-only action.
The opener went to the NuFish North side of Wayne Bartholomew, Steve Whitfield, Jamie Harrison and Gareth Lambert.
They scored a superb seven points to get clear of the Ringer Baits team.
Wayne also took the
individual win as he weighed in 39-4-0 of bream and skimmers at peg 11. He caught on groundbait feeder and maggot tactics. Ringer Baits man Rob Wootton took second with 32-11-0 of bream and skimmers, using the same approach.
