Due to the vast space of open water, the Method feeder works well for carp, tench and bream. The pellet waggler is seeking out carp to double figures, as well as loads of F1 carp, or fish dead maggots down the edge off the island pegs for barbel to 4lb, plus carp.
The 37-peg Silver Lake boasts a similar layout to that of Gold – it has islands you can fish from to reach open water. The maggot feeder has taken 50lb bags of barbel, roach and skimmers. Fishing caster and worm over groundbait at 11m finds big bags of bream, barbel and ide.
