Three-night trip ends with 5lb eel

A THREE-night eel fishing session ended in success for Tony Gibson when he slipped the net under this 5lb 2oz specimen.

The Northampton Specimen Group chairman bagged the prized predator from an unnamed gravel pit on a legered section of perch tail fished over a bed of 8mm Dynamite Meaty Pellets pre-soaked in a mix of Dynamite ‘Fish Gutz’ and XL Liquid Worm.
