Tough going on the Severn sees a 20lb winner
A LOW and clear River Severn was tough for many, and that was reflected in the weights, winner Lee Harries enjoying a relatively easy victory with 20-10-0 to book his place in the final. Lee drew peg 75 and fished feeder and pellet to take a handful of barbel. Second was Pete Sturmey with 15-10-0 from peg GM1, made up of chub taken on waggler and maggot tactics.
Joining Lee in the final are fellow zone winners Brian Jones, who was fourth overall on 12-0-0, and Steve Clark.
