BROWNING Wickford Red stretched their league lead to 11 points as they won this latest round with 38 points. That put them four clear of Coleman’s Cottage Bait & Tackle. Maver Matchpack are in second spot overall behind Wickford.

Top rod was Matrix man Ross Harold, fishing for Coleman’s Cottage Bait & Tackle, who

took 129-0-0 of carp to 8lb plus F1s from the Pathfield Lake.

He caught on pellet fished shallow at 14.5m and 16m.

Phoenix rod Bob Cheeseman was second with 109-8-0 of carp, F1s and skimmers from the same lake. Here he used dead maggot and groundbait at 5m and in the edge.
