TWO TREE PEG, BEEBY’S MEADOW, RIVER SOAR, KEGWORTH, LEICS

-

Why? This stretch, run by Long Eaton Fed, is a chub fishing haven with a head of fish to 5lb-plus. The peg at the end of the bend just down from the lock has a deeper hole around 4m out, and the chub sit here. How? In winter, cheesepaste or a maggot feeder cast a rodlength or two out will work well. Contact: Bridge Tackle, 0115 972 8338
