ALL-CARBON PERFECTION

Absolutely Preston’s best box ever

-

ANGLING Times Tackle Editor Mark Sawyer gives you five reasons why you should invest in the Absolute Carbon seatbox:

IT’S LIGHTWEIGHT, SUPER STURDY AND TOUGH AS OLD BOOTS

The Absolute is more than 20 per cent lighter than seatboxes of a comparable size. The 36mm carbon legs with their cleverly-designed carbon mudfeet provide even the heaviest angler with total support.

IT’S A TACKLE TART’S DREAM

The low-profile aesthetic of the legs and mudfeet is eye-catching. Fluoro colour-coded fit on to the front and back of all drawers and cassettes to match your winders. An ‘after care kit’ for polishing the box and a custom-designed cover make this a must for any true tackle tart.

IT’S NOT ONLY FOR LOOKING AT, IT’S ALSO HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL

Preston Innovations has fitted its latest Mag Lok magnetic clips that will withstand serious amounts of wear and tear without falling to bits. The space directly beneath its deluxe padded seat is filled with an integrated side drawer unit, and the configuration boasts a 40mm concealed front drawer unit and fully compartmented side drawer unit. To that you can add 13cm, 18cm and 26cm Winder Trays, plus a Shuttle Adaptor and fully removable footplate. Stacking cassettes can be handily removed from both the front and rear of the seatbox frame.

PACKED WITH INNOVATIONS, AND ASSEMBLED BY HAND IN THE UK

The footplate boasts springloaded clips that are easily and quickly located into two secure locking positions, so different lengths of footplate can be used. The leg blocks feature the latest TPS systems, which prevent the precious carbon legs from being scratched and negate any chance of leg slippage or over-tightening. The same system is used on the legs’ telescopic inners and the box is hand-assembled in the UK and undergoes stringent quality control before leaving the factory.

YOU’RE PART OF AN EXCLUSIVE OWNERS’ CLUB

Every Absolute Carbon comes with a unique code number, and there’ll be an exclusive owners’ club. Although I can’t imagine the Christmas party will be remembered for much except sitting around together, it’s a nice after-sales touch from Preston.
