Huge roach on feeder tactics

ALAN Muller slipped his net under the fish of a lifetime when he banked this 2lb 12oz roach.

The Hampshire angler was targeting a 21-acre southern gravel pit, and the giant redfin fell into his trap when he fished the feeder at 60 yards.

The fish sets a new personal best, and was tempted into his swim by the regular introduction of red maggots and hemp.
