LATEST FLOATS FROM DH ANGLING

WITH the river season in full swing, Dave Harrell has added three patterns to his DH Angling range with the emphasis on sensitivity.

There’s a Thin Insert Waggler, packing a hollow insert tip and a more slender body for on-the-drop work, an update of the popular Truncheon Wagglers via a new insert version for delicate bites, and a brand new Bolo float.

For long rod fishing on big rivers, this float is slimmer in the body, with a thinner bristle than its predecessor.

DH ANGLING THIN INSERT WAGGLERS

PERFECT for slow-flowing rivers and lakes where sensitivity is required, the hollow insert of this pattern permits sunlight to shine through from any direction, allowing you to see the tip at distance, even when it is dotted down to a dimple.

DH ANGLING No1 & No2 INSERT TRUNCHEON WAGGLERS

DH Angling’s original Truncheon wagglers were a big hit, and this new design features a normal Truncheon body with a hollow insert, making the float more sensitive. Their increased length is useful when faced with a strong downstream wind on the river.

The other big plus point is that the hollow insert is easy to see, especially in sunny conditions – a brilliant float for chub, roach and dace. DH ANGLING No6 BOLO FLOATS

THIS new design is a follow-on from DH Angling’s No2 Bolo models and these floats feature a more streamlined body shape for improved striking through the water, a long carbon stem to increase stability, and a thinner 3mm hollow insert tip.
