4lb THAMES PERCH AFTER SMART MOVE

A CHANGE of tactics during a drop shotting trip proved to be a superb move for Brian Wilson, leading to the capture of this lovely 4lb 2oz perch.

Brian said: “I was fishing a stretch of the Thames near Windsor with Alfie Russell from E-S-P, where we managed to catch a few smaller perch on the drop shot technique.

“All of a sudden we noticed a few small fish being chased in the margins, and after switching to a livebait it was quickly devoured by this stunning perch.”
