It will include some information on the legal requirements and discuss the impact of online ecommerce. Specifically, you will learn how to plan for a successful ecommerce site, decide which payment options to use, understand the rules and regulations, make it easy for your visitors to buy from you, and engage your buyers.
The afternoon will focus on online market places such as Amazon, eBay and Etzy. It will cover choosing the right marketplace, understanding how marketplace fees affect profitability, aftersales and trading internationally.
