THIS year’s Tarbert Flower Show was a great success.

THE 67th annual Tarbert Flower Show provided a showcase for superb produce and handicraft­s.

The show was opened by Hilary MacDonald at 3pm, before the big presentati­on of prizes at 5pm by Margaret MacNeill.

Margaret and her husband Douglas were voted Tarbert’s Citizens of the Year for 2016. Her grandson Quinn was also a winner, picking up the Glengregga­n Trophy for most points in the junior competitio­ns up to and including 11 years.
