AN ARGYLL artists’ centre is launching a summer residency programme aimed at crafts, film, literature and visual arts.

Cove Park, near Helensburgh, will host courses of up to eight weeks for 30 artists award-funded residencies at the centre.

Also this month, the Hands-On Cove Park programme included a two-day masterclass entitled Before and After: Writing Crisis, led by writer and former resident Margie Orford.

The centre also welcomed back artist and 2016 resident Douglas Morland to work with the national art and design Saturday art club.
