Heads Up enjoys day out to wild bird centre
MENTAL health and addictions group Heads Up enjoyed a day out on Thursday October 19 to Kintail Birds of Prey on the banks of Loch Awe.
The group met alpacas as well as handling birds of prey including eagles, owls of all sizes and kestrels.
Heads Up is a peer-led mental health and addictions group based in Lochgilphead that offers a place for residents to socialise and take part in education opportunities.
The group works alongside NHS mental health and addiction teams to provide anyone who might be struggling with a place to go when they need support.
