Theft from property
A break-in occurred at Semples Garage in Inveraray and a small amount of money was stolen some time between 8pm on Sunday September 9 and 7am on Monday September 10.
Constable Stephanie Kirk and CID officers are investigating and are keen to speak to any witnesses or to anyone with any information.
Theft from property
Quarry View Garden Centre, Crarae near Minard was the subject of an attempted break-in and as a result a window was damaged some time between 5pm on Sunday September 9 and 8am on Monday September 10. Constable Stuart Charnock and CID officers are investigating and are keen to speak to any witnesses or to anyone with any information.
Theft from property
At some point between 8pm on Wednesday September 12 and 6pm Thursday September 13, the old coastguard store in Inveraray was the subject of a break-in and a number of tools were stolen from inside. Constable Joanne Graham is investigating and is keen to speak to any potential witnesses or to anyone with any information.
Theft of picture
Some time between 9am on Monday September 10 and 9am on Tuesday September 11 a picture was stolen from the Grey Gull Hotel, Glenburn Road, Ardrishaig. The picture is a print of a map. Police are investigating.
Disturbance
About 1pm on Wednesday September 12 in Manse Brae, Lochgilphead a minor disturbance took place.
No-one was injured. Police were informed and as a result of enquiries three men, aged 58, 42 and 19 were issued with warnings.
Speeding
About 6pm on Wednesday September 12 on the A83 near to Lochgilphead Joint Campus a 51-year-old male motorist was found to be exceeding the speed limit. He was stopped by police, charged with a speeding offence and a report is being submitted to the procurator fiscal.
