Kilmichael healing community on mission to help with health
Ardrishaig hair stylist Lilia Sinclair and her health team at Barmolloch Cottages in Kilmichael Glen are on a mission to heal the nation.
On Saturday March 30, Heal Scotland will host a free event for the public to launch Scotland's own healing community, designed to help others take control of their own health and well-being.
Naturopaths, nutritionists, chiropractors and other holistic therapists from all over the globe will gather in Kilmichael Glen over 12 weeks to give lectures at courses aimed at helping others to heal from their emotional and chronic health issues. The courses are based on scientific evidence presented by Dr Joe Dispensa, Dr Bruce Lipton, Greg Bradden, Dr Kelly Turner and Dr Patrick Vickers.
Lilia said: ‘The 12-week healing community is to support those who feel drawn to this project, those who are willing to stand on their own two feet with full support from our experts.'
The first course, on the weekend of Saturday April 6 and Sunday April 7 will feature a lecture by Dr Patrick Vickers from the Northern Baja Gerson Centre, Rosarito, Mexico. Dr Vickers will discuss the history of the Gerson Therapy, pioneered by Dr Max Gerson 1881 to 1959.
Lilia added: ‘It's an honour to have Dr Vickers visit our community to share his wealth of knowledge and educate members of the community on the Gerson protocols which have successfully been used for the prevention of many chronic diseases.'
