‘Last chance to buy’ as two flats remain at retirement complex
THE firm behind Ashbourne’s newest retirement complex says just two of the flats remain to be sold, just two years after the building was completed.
Churchill Retirement Living is laying on a special event at Eliot Lodge, in King Edward Street, to find buyers for the last two apartments.
The “Last Chance to Buy” event takes place tomorrow, from 11am until 3pm and will offer visitors a chance to view them and see what the development has to offer, while being treated to a glass of fizz.
Regional marketing manager Bernadette Hennelly said: “This is the perfect opportunity for potential last chance purchasers looking for their dream retirement apartment to see all that Eliot Lodge has to offer.
“Our last apartments at the Lodge have been designed to make life easier and more ennent joyable in retirement years and offer security, peace of mind and independent living for our owners, while being surrounded by a friendly, new community.
“Churchill developments have proven to be very safe places to live throughout the pandemic thanks to the excellent work of their lodge managers and the secure, selfcontained nature of this type of accommodation.
“This has meant the rate of Covid-19 infections among Churchill owners has remained less than a third of that seen across the wider UK population, and safety and wellbeing continues to be a priority.
Eliot Lodge’s one and two bedroom apartments are designed for the over 60s.
