What are your do’s and don’ts for exercising at home?

Do make a plan and stick to it. Most of us have a routine when it comes to going to the gym or to studio classes. Working out from home should be no different. Schedule a time in your day when you are going to work out and write down which part of your body you are going to train. Don’t sit on the sofa and keep putting it off.
