CROSS- TOE TOUCH

> Lie on your back, legs and arms extended on the ground

> Lift one arm, while raising the opposite leg off the floor > While lifting your chest and leg up, reach out for your toe ( beginners can touch their ankle)

> Then alternate and do the other side. Do 3 sets of 10 reps on each side, with 30 seconds’ rest in between
