BMW X5

With my Land Rover out of action, I’ve had to use our X5 to carry big loads. When I go to load up the Bavarian, the last thing I want to find is a puncture.

Well, this time there was a big piece of metal in the rear nearside tyre. It was a threaded lump with a nut on the end. Indeed, my daughter got a spanner and unscrewed it out.

Goodness knows where we picked that up, but it has killed the tyre. Another job to add to my pre-mot list of things to do...
