Mclaren launches supercar EV... for kids
MCLAREN’S latest offering is a pureelectric supercar, with an open roof and central seating position, just like the legendary F1. It’s also only £375 – because it’s aimed at children between the ages of three and six.
The car (above) has a top speed of 3mph, but it will ‘sprint’ there in just two seconds. There’s even an on-board MP3 player, which is pre-loaded with nursery rhymes. It comes only in Volcano Yellow, and will be available in toy shops in time for Christmas.
Michelin tyre has year-round ability
MICHELIN has unveiled the next generation of its groundbreaking Crossclimate tyre. As with its predecessor, Crossclimate+ is a summer product that boasts winter performance.
However, the Crossclimate+ also claims improved winter performance and consistent grip throughout the whole life of the tyre, regardless of tread depth. It arrives in February, initially for 15 to 18-inch wheels.
