Distractions at wheel getting out of control

FROM: Ken Webster I TOTALLY agree with your article ‘Driven to Distraction’ (Issue 1,462). Such activity is appalling. What I have also noticed is the increasing number of drivers who wear sweatshirts with the hood up while driving, which surely restricts their peripheral vision. This to me is poor driving and dangerous.
