ONE more piece of the revised Golf ‘Mk7.5’ range slots in, with the launch of the updated all-electric e-golf.

The plug-in model will benefit from the same subtle exterior and interior revisions as the rest of the family hatchback line-up, including unique LED headlamps and C-shaped daytime running lights.

But there are bigger changes under the skin. While the first e-golf had a claimed range of 118 miles, which translated into a real-world range of 75 miles, the new model promises to have a genuine range of 186 miles.
