Mercedes GLC 350 d meets Jaguar F-pace 3.0 V6

THE Mercedes GLC is luxurious, comfortable and good to drive, but the 220d engine at the lower end of the range is a bit rattly. That’s where this 350d model comes in, as its 3.0-litre V6 diesel is smoother – and a lot more powerful.

Here we test the 350d AMG Line model, which costs from £45,630 and features a 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine with 254bhp, a nine-speed automatic gearbox and four-wheel drive.
