All-electric Volvo on sale in two years
VOLVO has confirmed its upcoming EV will be built in China and exported to global markets in 2019.
The all-electric model will be based on Volvo’s new Compact Modular Architecture (CMA) platform for small vehicles, which will underpin the forthcoming XC40 SUV.
Volvo bosses have also previously confirmed that a family of EVS are in the pipeline. It’s aiming to sell one million EV and hybrid vehicles by 2025.
