Learners get behind wheel of i8 supercar

MOST learners take their driving lessons in a tame and sensible car. But now lucky north Londoners can practise in something more exotic, as the Bill Plant driving school has taken delivery of a BMW i8 (above).

Posh watch marks Formula E tie-up

THE Mahindra Formula E team has a new partner in the shape of luxury watch maker Omologato, which is celebrating with a new timepiece.

The stainless steel Omologato Mahindra Racing chronograph is finished in the team’s red and black colours, and will be worn by drivers and staff during race weekends.

It costs £229 and is available to order now at omologatowatches.com as either a Racing Red or Black Edition. Straps are made from highgrade leather or silicone rubber.

Classic show hits Brighton seafront

HEAD to the south coast on 4 June for some nostalgia at the first Brighton Beach Classic Motor Show.

It begins with a static display on Madeira Drive from 10am, followed at 12.30pm by the arrival of the London to Brighton Classic and Kit & Sports Car runs.
