Lexus UX SUV is go?
ELSEWHERE, Lexus is pushing ahead with plans for a production version of its UX concept SUV. It could even replace the CT 200h hatch (driven on Page 35), although no potential timeframe has been given.
The UX was revealed last year, and CEO Yoshihro Sawa has now said: “The small SUV is coming. We can see where the market trend is going: it’s smaller premium models and SUVS.” Regarding a potential CT replacement, he added: “The CT class is hard for us. We need to put more value in it.”
