Tax transfer another way to make money

FROM: Steve Richardson I AGREE with Chris Padfield (Issue 1,494). When paper tax discs were used you can understand why a whole month’s tax had to be used when changing owners; now there is no reason for it. This is the Government blatantly overcharging the motorist again.
