THIS was the only bulb on test that had an all-over coating designed to provide a white light to enhance the look of the beam rather than its performance. Despite promising up to 120 per cent more light, that coating robbed the Hyper Arros of much effect on the road. The overall light output was below that of a standard bulb, let alone a performance version. That lack of light was there across all the tests, where its overall beam result was less than half the next best.
