AS with its arch-rival, the Audi Q5, the X3 has evolved in its design. However, while the latest Mk3 looks similar to the outgoing car, under the skin it’s all new. Lightweight construction has shed 55kg, while there’s more space and technology than ever.
The range at launch is limited, but in the future there will be a fully electric version with a 250-mile range, plus the rapid X3 M will make its first appearance, too.
