LEXUS NX
AS a pioneer of hybrid technology, Lexus is a market leader. It has two petrol/electric SUVS in its range, and the NX is the smaller of the two, rivalling the likes of the BMW X3 and Audi Q5.
A recent update saw the line-up go hybrid-only, and the NX 300h uses the same system found in the IS 300h saloon. Four-wheel drive is offered on SE models and above courtesy of a rear-mounted electric motor that cuts in when extra grip is needed.
