THE latest addition to the Kia 4x4 family is the Stonic. It resembles a slightly raised-up version of the brand’s Rio supermini. And it’ll be just as capable as a Rio off the tarmac, too, because there are no four-wheel-drive options at launch.
That being the case, we’d go for the excellent 1.0-litre turbo petrol model; it’s punchy, efficient and refined, so it fits well with the Stonic’s tidy handling.
