NOTHING comes close to the D-max for pick-up truck variety. It’s the only model sold by Isuzu in the UK, but there are seven versions to choose from.

In an update this year, the ageing 2.5-litre diesel was replaced by a 1.9-litre unit with the same power but stronger efficiency.

Isuzu gave the D-max an improved interior, too, while the truck’s 1.1tonne payload meets commercial vehicle tax requirements.
