Speed cameras don’t snare local motorists

FROM: Eddy14 THE fact that nearly half of UK speed cameras are switched off (Issue 1,500) is interesting, but fixed camera locations are so well known they only catch strangers to the area. With average speed cameras’ prices falling in recent years, it can’t be long until these are introduced to the rest of the network.
