IT seems odd to say this, but with a V8 under the bonnet, the DB11 is perhaps the car it should have been from the start. Not only is it £13,000 cheaper than the V12, but it’s also more agile, more economical and more engaging from behind the wheel. And when it comes to being a big, comfortable GT car, this Aston is still right up there with the best of them.
