Watch the road, not the 20mph zone

FROM: Neville Withers WITH regard to 20mph zones (Issue 1,513), I’m more concerned with what’s happening around me. Is a distracted pedestrian about to step out into the road, for example? It’s far better to drive to the conditions rather than keep checking your speed in case it’s over 20mph.
