THE headlines in May were all about JLR’S new UK MD, Rawdon Glover. They didn’t focus on his predecessor, Jeremy Hicks, who is now global market performance director. Hicks is expected to lead JLR’S network development and standards globally, including its training academy, and is responsible for fleet, business and approved used sales. Having joined JLR as UK MD from Audi UK in 2011, Hicks has overseen strong growth in challenging market conditions; now he’ll be expected to deliver globally.
