Morgan adds shape to wind-in-hair fun

Famous speakers line up at RAC Club

THE Royal Automobile Club has announced the speakers for its annual motoring lectures, on 30 October at the group’s clubhouse on Pall Mall in London. They will include ex-f1 driver Allan Mcnish, Aston Martin and tractor expert Stuart Gibbard and Bob Owen, head of legislatio­n for the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs.

Non-members can book through Eventbrite by searching for ‘Royal Automobile Club lectures’, where tickets will cost £27.50. Members can book for £20 via the club website.

Racers descend on Brooklands circuit

BROOKLANDS’ annual Autumn Motorsport Day is on 14 October. Competitio­n cars from all eras and discipline­s will be present, ranging from F1 racers to touring cars and even Group B rally machines.
