WELCOME to the second of three major instalments in our Driver Power 2021 survey. Last time out, we covered the cars and the brands that you find most satisfying; this time, the focus shifts to the dealers you buy those cars from. With the proliferation in new-car buying options, the level of customer service you could – and should – expect from your franchised dealer has never been more important. And in this year’s survey we’ve split our results to clearly show how good dealers are when it comes to buying a car, plus the experience offered when you book your car in for servicing and maintenance.
But customer service is only one part of buying a new car. You’ll also want to ensure you get the very best deal you can, so we’ve taken the top 50 models from our new-car survey and scoured the internet to find the best prices.
