BMW X5

This section is rapidly turning into ‘pictures of jobs I should be, but won’t ever actually bother, doing’. The latest one is on the nearside of the X5.

When the rear window jammed open, I covered the gap with some protective plastic. When there was a monsoon, I was feeling smug that I’d done it, but in the fierce sun that followed, the matt black paint became discoloured where the plastic overlapped the bodywork. I have spent a lifetime playing with tins of paint, so repairing it should be a doddle. More next time…
