This ‘countrified’ version of the Sports Tourer has a 25mm increased ride height for off-road use and added body cladding. It inherits the Insignia’s clean, comfortable cabin and the manual version tested has the slick, six-speed transmission. It’s fun to drive both on and off-road with sharp handling and decent ability in the rough. Generous kit levels make it good value for money.
